2. Eligibility

9. App Stores

If you download one of our applications through a third-party app marketplace, including Google Play or the Apple App Store, your use of that marketplace is also subject to the marketplace provider's applicable terms.

These Terms are between you and Gor Technologies Private Limited and not between you and the operator of an app marketplace, except where the marketplace's terms expressly provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have against an app marketplace provider under its own terms or applicable law.

10. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Some Services may currently or in the future offer paid features, subscriptions, purchases, or other paid products.

Where a purchase is made through an app marketplace or third-party payment provider, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund processing may also be governed by that provider's terms.

For recurring subscriptions, applicable billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed before you subscribe.

Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
